You provide the images and copy and I’ll make everything gorgeous and easy for customers to navigate, so you can make those sales

Like: welcome guide, social templates, social headers, email header, update website images/graphics
Punch list of WordPress updates
I’ll tackle your list of small things you’d like updated or added to your site
Like: new button that leads to a specific category or tag on your blog, clean up the back end with updates so everything runs smoothly, change the background color, add a section, integrate your email provider and add an option page

Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive a welcome email from me confirming your VIP Day. Inside, you’ll find all the info about what to do next and your homework.
The morning of your big day I’ll call you to set the tone for the day and let you know exactly what to expect. We’ll cheers with our coffee and I’ll be off to the design races.
When booking your day sure you’re leaving yourself 2 weeks to do some prep work before your VIP Design Day.
You’ll need to be available throughout your intensive to respond to quick texts, so don’t choose a day that’s already busy.
While the rest of your VIP Design Day is very collaborative, we will not be face to face so it’s totally cool with me if you stay in your jammies all day if that’s how you roll.
We will be communicating through Voxer so I ask you to respond quickly so we can keep the project moving forward swiftly.
At the end of the day we’ll virtually cheers each other with our iced lattes!
BUT we’re not done yet! You get 14 days of support via Voxer or email for anything related to the work we did during your VIP Day!
You’ll know exactly when the final product will be ready to share with the world
You’ll have on-brand and up-to-date design assets that are easy to locate and implement
You’ll be worry-free knowing you have 2-weeks of Voxer and email support with your VIP Day BESTIE
This means I clear my calendar, no checking emails, no Netflix, no scrolling IG or TT. Absolutely NO distractions! You’ll get my eyes on your brand and attention on your project the whole day

To book your VIP Day use my scheduler to select your preferred day, fill out a short form with your contact information, and pay your $600 deposit
Once fully booked you’ll receive a email with your Statement of Work and pre-homework
(the scheduler is embedded you may need to scroll up or down within the calendar area to view each item)
It truly takes one day (with your final deliverables arriving by email the following day).

There are no refunds for a VIP Day. A 50% deposit is required to book and this fee is non-refundable and required for securing services. The total project cost is required to be paid before file delivery of final files. You’re booking my time to focus on you and only you.
We’ll use a mix of Voxer, phone, and email. You don’t need to sit by your phone or computer all day, but I will ask you respond quickly so we can keep the day moving along quickly.
