Phase 1: brand foundations
This is where I get to know you, your business, your goals; my in-depth client questionnaire is perfect for extracting the ever-important details ensuring you’ll get a brand you absolutely love. And also where I’ll educate myself in your industry and peek at your competitors; what they’re doing, not doing, and make notes of how your new brand can stand out.
to understand who you are and what you’re about so I can meet you where you’re at. My understanding of how we all show up differently is part of my core process and gives me insight into who you are as a person because you’re so much more than just an online business owner.
Phase 2: Visual Design
Next, I’ll sketch and create concepts. This is where I download what’s in my brain to my trusty notebook (it might be a mess if anyone else saw it but this step is integral to my process). Your design comes to life and ideas are refined or abandoned; final brand concepts are developed as a full brand story and prepared for your viewing.
I design with strategy,
focus, and purpose, and we’ll do ALL of this before we talk about colors and fonts so we have the foundation to build your brand up from there.
When we work together we’ll be working as a team every step of the way.

Phase 3: Implementation & Support
In this phase, I’ll go over everything I send to you (either Zoom or private video) to explain what things are, when and where to use them, and why.
I make sure you understand how everything works together and the strategy behind why.
I’ll be with you through every step and you’ll have your eyes on each part of your design the entire process.

I use email and Voxer for all client communication. For your scheduled 1:1’s you’ll choose the best time for you and we’ll meet on Zoom.
